CMS conducted a Training Conference Call on February 23rd and March 23rd. Click here for the CMS Conference Call presentation. CMS Change Request Update: CMS has issued another Change Request in regards to the 75% Rule.  Change Request 3704, Transmittal 478, dated February 18, 2005 provides further review period definition and explanation and adds code 438.40 to Appendix A.  Click link here for a copy of the Change Request.

CMS Revision! CMS has published the updated/revised Change Request for the 75% Rule. Click Here

We have identified some questions regarding potential omission of particular IGCs and inclusion of some invalid (header) ICD-9-CM codes. We have presented these questions to CMS and will share with you the results and the updated compliance report once we have received clarification from CMS.
