This document has grown out of the work that UDSMR has done with the Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (PARF) and a consortium of other pediatric rehabilitation providers. In addition to this document, a national pediatric conference will take place in the summer of 2009. It will be open to subscribers and nonsubscribers alike and will be held in an easily accessible location.
